Naturopathic Coaching with Brenda Rogers
Naturopath, Coach, Menopause

You may be arriving here feeling tired of “managing symptoms”
Tired of being told midlife is something to fix, suppress, or endure.
Tired of carrying so much—for others, for the world—while quietly losing touch with yourself.

You know something important is unfolding.
Your body is speaking.
And you’re ready to be met with intelligence, reverence, and real support.

This is where our work begins

How I Support You

I work with women - particularly in midlife, perimenopause, and post-menopause - who sense that this stage of life is not a decline, but a threshold.

Together, we look beneath symptoms to understand what your body, nervous system, and life are asking for now. We slow things down, simplify the science, and create space for insight, regulation, and embodied change.

Our work may include:

  • Nutrition grounded in ancestral wisdom and modern science

  • Herbal medicine, flower essences, and aromatherapy

  • Live-blood screening and constitutional insights

  • Nervous system regulation, breathwork, and gentle embodiment practices

  • Coaching that supports identity shifts, boundaries, purpose, and creative expression

This is practical, grounded care—woven with meaning, intuition, and respect for your lived experience.

About Brenda

Brenda Rogers is a clinical naturopath, certified coach, yoga teacher, aromatherapist, and corporate wellness educator with over 35 years’ experience supporting women’s health.

Her work bridges nature-based and ancestral wisdom with modern science, delivered in a way that is accessible, intelligent, and deeply human. She is known for making complex science simple, and deep feminine teachings usable in everyday life.

Brenda holds an MBA from Macquarie University and is part-owner of The H Dispensary, Canberra’s leading holistic health hub and centre for natural medicine education.

She is also the author of
Dragon Time: Menopause as Mystery, Medicine and Power,
a book that reclaims menopause as a sacred and transformative rite of passage.

The dragon—central to Brenda’s work—symbolises feminine sovereignty, instinct, creative fire, and the untamed wisdom that emerges when a woman steps fully into her mature power.

What Makes This Work Different

Brenda gently—but unapologetically—challenges the mainstream, symptom-and-supplement-driven model of women’s health.

Her approach is:

  • Counter-cultural without being confrontational

  • Feminist, body-honouring, and earth-rooted

  • Deeply respectful of women’s intelligence and intuition

  • Focused on long-term wellbeing, not quick fixes

You will be met as a whole woman—body, mind, spirit, history, and future—at a pivotal moment of becoming.

Is This for You?

This work is for you if:

  • You are navigating perimenopause or menopause and want deeper understanding, not surface solutions

  • You feel a shift in identity, energy, or purpose and want support to meet it consciously

  • You are drawn to natural medicine, but want it grounded, intelligent, and personalised

  • You sense your wisdom, voice, or creative fire wants more space in your life

You don’t need to be “spiritual” or have it all figured out.
Only willing to listen—and to be supported with care and clarity.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect in my first session?

Your first session is a spacious, unrushed conversation where we take a whole-of-life view of your health.

We’ll explore:

  • Your current symptoms and health concerns

  • Your hormonal landscape and life stage

  • Stress, sleep, energy, digestion, and emotional wellbeing

  • Your story—what has shaped you, and what is changing now

You’ll be deeply listened to. This is not a rushed checklist or a one-size-fits-all protocol.

By the end of the session, you’ll have:

  • Greater clarity about what’s really going on in your body

  • An understanding of the drivers beneath your symptoms

  • Initial recommendations tailored to you (nutrition, lifestyle, nervous system support, and where appropriate, natural medicines)

  • An invitation into Dragon Time: The Menopause Threshold 12-week program (see below for details)

Many women say they feel calmer, more seen, and more grounded after this first session—often for the first time in years.

How long is the first session?

Initial consultations are 75–90 minutes, allowing time to explore your health in depth and without pressure.

Follow-up sessions are typically 45–60 minutes, depending on your needs and the focus of the session.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is required. You are welcome to book directly.

Do you work online or in person?

Both.

Sessions are available:

  • In person at The H Dispensary in Canberra

  • Online via secure video consultation

Online sessions are just as effective and are especially supportive for women outside Canberra or those with busy schedules.

Do you specialise in menopause?

Yes. Supporting women through perimenopause, menopause, and the post-menopausal years is a central focus of my work.

I work with menopause not as a problem to fix, but as a rite of passage—one that asks for different nourishment, rhythms, boundaries, and self-relationship.

That said, you do not need to be in menopause to work with me. Many women come for holistic support, stress, fatigue, digestive issues, or a sense that their body is asking for something different.

Will I be prescribed supplements or herbs?

Only if appropriate—and always thoughtfully.

My approach is not supplement-heavy. Recommendations are made carefully, with a focus on:

  • Food as medicine

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Simple, effective herbal or nutritional support where it truly adds value

Everything is explained clearly so you understand why something is recommended and how it supports your body.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies.

Some women come for:

  • Short-term support and clarity

  • Targeted help through a specific transition

Others choose ongoing care to support:

  • Hormonal balance

  • Nervous system healing

  • Identity and life-stage shifts

  • Long-term wellbeing and vitality

We’ll discuss what feels appropriate for you—there is no pressure to commit to ongoing sessions.

What does it cost?

Current consultation fees are:

  • Initial consultation (75–90 mins): $297

  • Follow-up consultation (45–60 mins): $247

  • 12-week

If applicable, any recommended herbal medicines, supplements, or testing are an additional cost. These are always discussed before proceeding.

Private health rebates may be available.

How does ongoing support work?

Many women choose to continue beyond individual sessions into a deeper, more spacious journey of support.

For this, I offer a 12-week guided experience called: Dragon Time: The Menopause Threshold

This is a gentle yet powerful container for women in pre-, peri-, and post-menopause who sense that this stage of life is asking for more than symptom management.

Over 12 weeks, we work together to:

  • Stabilise your nervous system and restore a sense of inner safety

  • Understand your changing hormonal landscape in a way that feels empowering rather than overwhelming

  • Support your body with personalised nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle rhythms

  • Explore the deeper identity shifts that often accompany midlife and menopause

  • Reclaim clarity, confidence, creative fire, and embodied authority

This is not a program you “push through.”
It’s a threshold you’re supported to cross consciously.

Some women enter this journey after an initial consultation; others are invited once it’s clear they would benefit from consistent, layered support over time.

Is this a group program or one-on-one?

Dragon Time: The Menopause Threshold is offered as a guided journey, with options for:

  • One-on-one mentoring

  • Small group experiences (when available)

We’ll discuss what feels most supportive for you.

Do I have to commit to the 12 weeks?

No.

You’re always welcome to work with me session by session.
The 12-week journey is an invitation, not a requirement—offered when it feels aligned with where you are and what your body is asking for.

How will I know if I’m ready for this level of support?

Women who choose this path often say:

  • “I don’t want to keep starting again.”

  • “I know something deeper is shifting.”

  • “I want support that honours both my body and my becoming.”

If that resonates, this journey may be for you.

Can I claim this with private health insurance?

Depending on your level of cover and provider, you may be able to claim naturopathy consultations.

Please check directly with your health fund to confirm your eligibility.

Is this work spiritual?

My work honours the mind–body–spirit connection, but it is always grounded and practical.

You won’t be asked to adopt beliefs or practices that don’t resonate with you. This is about listening to your body, reconnecting with your inner authority, and making changes that are sustainable and real.

How do I know if this is right for me?

If you’re feeling a quiet pull—curiosity, relief, or a sense of recognition—that’s often enough.

This work suits women who are ready to:

  • Be involved in their own healing

  • Listen to their bodies rather than override them

  • Approach health with intelligence, respect, and depth

If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to book a session and simply begin the conversation.
